Earlier this week, I used the site to purchase a designer pursue for my fiancé. Immediately afterward, I realized the address auto populated on the Ssense website for another town approximately 30 mins away. Same exact street name and number, but different town/zip code. I contacted the shipping company CanadaPost to reroute. I was told the shipper Ssense needed to adjust the address. When I contacted Ssense they said there was nothing to be done and that my fiancé should go retrieve the package from the wrong address. I'm out of state and the package was headed to a rough neighborhood. I was horrified that my partner was being made to retrieve a $1,500 pursue from a porch in a bad neighborhood. I called many times and spoke to several people. I asked to be connected to a manager and never spoke to one (they'll call you back). Throughout this time CanadaPost kept telling me the package could be re-routed back to the shipper and resent. Changing the address was never an option since the company is Canadian and that is apparently illegal. I had no idea the package was coming from Canada and even still it could have been returned. We never received the package, so Ssense stole $1,500 dollars from me and treated me terribly along the way. Worst online shopping experience of my life.
Absolutely awful. After my package being lost they didn't even offer anything instead they just kept saying it is your fault you enter the wrong address. I end it up paying $900 for something I never received and this people at Sense didn't even offer anything. Just horrible that's not the way to treat your customers.
I haven't got any solution from this web like nothing zero. They just took the money for package that was stolen. At least offer something or come up with solution but NO nothing. I never experienced such a poor service where they don't care.

AVOID this company the parcel that I received was empty, sent them pictures and yet they refuse to investigate/show any evidence that they actually sent the item. They also refuse to take any responsibility and I would really hate for someone else to experience this so please use Saks or Holt Renfrew but not them as their customer service is appalling and unprofessional.

I have been shopping here for years. And will continue doing! I have introduced several friends! The best site to shop
Very happy with service, Item delivered matched exact description. Delivery time was as expected. My daughter is very happy altogether.
I purchased a couple of shirts for my husband, and it was abit tight for him. I emailed the store and ask if I can return it and get a refund.
I dropped it off at the post office and in a couple of weeks I got my refund. It was quick and simple. Thank you

The site is a legitimate scam. If your order is over $800.00 you will pay for customs. I found out 5 days after I returned the item. I talked to SSense customer service and they said I should have read the fine print at check out.
